The topic of the bachelor thesis is Process Based Enterprise Architecture. In order to explain the given issue, there is an explanation of the Enterprise architecture, business process management and the relation between them.The practical part follows the theory written in the first part in order to present both of approaches in a real company. That includes models reflecting current situation, some of which are enriched by the author's recommended modifications.
IT support of online magazine editorial staff and office

This Bachelor Thesis describes the IT support of editorial staff and office. My goals is to identify whole portfolio of application and also identify the state of actual market in this branch. In the first step is defined the whole enviroment of editorial branch with all need for complex functionality. Then is whole enviroment with all processes analyzed according to the MMABP. Then I get different views to IT needs of editorial using MMDIS methodology and the last part of my work focuses on surveying the state of current IT market of complex and separate modules of business systems satisfying needs of this kind of business. The last step is market research in branch of applications needed for such a surrounding and comparing to editorial which was presented. The result of this work will help with setting up new editorials and choosing whole IT support or streamline already existing office. Furthermore, my findings may interest developers, who could use the information in order to develop new or improve the current software editorial staff uses.
Creation of Functional Requirements for IS from Process Analysis of an Organization

The thesis focuses on the creation of functional requirements for an information system based on process analysis of an organization. In the theoretical part introduces the reader to the basic concepts related to business processes, their modeling and relationship with the company information system. Then, two approaches to analysing the functioning of the organization are presented, namely the approach of consultancy company Logio and the MMABP methodology. The practical part describes a real project of process analysis and creation of functional requirements for IS of a trading company. The MMABP approach is then applied to the same company. In conclusion, suitability of both approaches is evaluated and observed differences between them are identified.
Process model of the organization

This thesis is dealing with the topic of process modeling. The first part of the thesis demar-cates the term process and its elements and presents different points of view on modeling reality. For the process and object dimension of modeling reality some basic models and notations for their creation (BPMN, Eriksson-Penker, UML) are shown in the thesis. It is followed by an introduction to methodology of modeling and analysis of business pro-cesses MMABP and the procedure of designing process system which emerged from MMABP. First four steps of this procedure are used to create preliminary process analysis of chosen enterprise with the intention to reveal areas of processes offering space for im-provement.
IT support for activities at Mountain Rescue Service station

This Bachelor thesis deals with IT support for Mountain Rescue Service station. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to identify current situation of key activities performed by employees of Mountain Rescue Service in station in Pec pod Sněžkou and supported by IT Application portfolio. First step for writing this Bachelor thesis was definition and characterization of the Mountain Rescue Service with relations to neighbourhood included. Afterwards there is described method which identify key activities performed by employees and its situation of IT support in Application portfolio. The last part represents results of evaluation of the process which was described in previous chapter.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Enterprise Architecture based on Business Process Man-agement. The main aim is to introduce and explain the importance of process management and enterprise architecture both via theory and practice. The thesis provides insight on the technologies and methodologies that are used in process management and explains the rela-tion to enterprise architecture. The practical part demonstrates this knowledge on the pro-cesses of a fictitious company, which are designed and analyzed with respect to the MMABP methodology. The conclusion summarizes the relations between process man-agement and enterprise architecture.
IT support for promotional agency

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find suitable software tools which can support the promotional agency industry. In my work I will first focus on finding relevant resources and then on environmental analysis in which I will explain what is characteristic for this branch of business and what it faces. The second part is devoted to analysis of processes and information needs by MMABP methodology. Then I get different views to IT needs of agency using MMDIS methodology and the last part of my work focuses on surveying the state of current IT market of complex and separate modules of business systems satisfying needs of promotional agency. I believe the outcome of my work can help especially the owners and the executives of promotional agencies, or other business branches which face similar issues and therefore use similar key processes. Furthermore, my findings may interest developers, who could use the information in order to develop new or improved software the current agency owners often lack.
IT support for endowment fund

This bachelor thesis is focused on IT support for endowment fund. Target of this thesis is finding states of market offer in area IT solutions for supporting endowment fund, that helps disabled children. It's need to do several steps for dealing with this target. First part of this thesis contains general legislative determination of endowment fund and introduction of specific endowment fund. For this endowment fund is seeking IT solution. In second part of this thesis are identifying information objects, targets and requirements on functionality. Based on this analysis of processes and functionalities is seeking best on Czech Republic IT market. For this thesis is studied activities of one specific endowment fund, so the result of this thesis may not correspond to the needs of another endowment fund but the results could be generalized and transformed for using in another types of endowment fund.
IT support for housing co-operative

The theme of this Bachelor Thesis is IT support for housing co-operatives. The intention is to analyze the state of market supply of information technology applications based on the requirements arising from the processes of housing co-operatives. In the theoretical part is at first performed research of resources which correspond with thesis topic. Next the environment for analysis is defined. Here terms associated with housing co-operatives are defined, their specifics in economic sphere and short characteristic of the cooperating housing co-operative. In the practical part the chosen methodology MMABP is used to identify and model processes in the housing co-operative. Subsequently, it raises several functional and non-functional requirements for IT support of housing cooperative processes which arising from the process analysis. At the end of the practical part the requirements are compared with available software solutions and those solutions are evaluated. The result of this thesis can be beneficial for facility managers, authorities of housing co-operatives or development teams who are designing software solutions for housing associations.
IT support for private aviation school

This Bachelor thesis deals with IT support for private aviation school. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to realize market research for IT support, which can improve processes in the area of business that is focused on pilot training in aviation school F AIR Benešov. There is defined the environment, its specifics and characteristics of the aviation school F AIR at the beginning. In the next part of this Bachelor thesis is an approach to identification of requirements for IT and presentation of results which were obtained by application of methods MMABP and MMBDIS. In the last part there is introduced an approach to identification supply of the market, characteristics of the market and an evaluation of each application. The results can help aviation schools to think about their business processes, activities, information need and than to realize an identification of requirements for IT. The Bachelor thesis may help with using IT in this business area and provide some instructions how to proceed when selecting suitable IT solutions.
